Totally worth it.
Upgraded an older AIO PC from a Pentium g3220t to this i7 4765t. Totally worth ~$50.

Intel Xeon X5690
Just bought two of these to go in my now ancient SR-2 board from EVGA.
I am not disappointed They're fast, pretty low temps for a hex core chip too.
If you're building a workstation or freeNAS server thats gonna be running a lot of apps, I highly recommend these. not to mention at like $270ish for two of these chips,, cant go wrong.
One thing i will say, make sure your boards bios is up to date! otherwise you had better have another set of 1366 xeons laying around that dont need a bios flash.
