The item was listed as brand new; it arrived with some sticky residue all over the back which was not stated. I asked the seller for a $5 partial refund so I could get some goo gone to clean up their mess; they refused and told me to just return it so they could resell it for more. Not worth the hassle of a return and I was being completely reasonable with my solution so I requested once more and they refused. Poor experience.

please see the pictures in the listing, it is very obvious there is no sticky stuff on the case. The item was brand new and sealed. This buyer just wanted something for nothing. I offered a full refund if he returned but of course he didn't want to do that. He is a scammer and a liar.
