Seller refunded money immediately and without hesitation. Seller took time on a weekend to fix issues and within (if I remember clearly) an hour or two. Lightning-fast resolution. Unbegrudging customer service. Completely honest in dealings and responsible. Item packaged in single layer padded envelope and single layer bubble wrap. Damaged in transit. Mounts bent and cannot produce flush meet on CPU. Bolts angled and will damage motherboard.

Haven't installed or tested yet ... but it looks like new. The only complaint I might have is it was packed in bubble wrap in a bubble wrap bag instead of a small box. There was a small dent on the side of it, which may have happened during shipping. Delicate parts like this should be shipped in a box. Other than that ....very impressed with this heatsink/fan as it looked brand new. Also fast shipping .. I would buy from this seller again if this is typical quality of the items they advertise.
