Workable product not for the layman

No instructions were supplied to change the programming buttons or wiring diagram, luckily the last one didn't matter but It took me heaps of searching for the correct program sequence.

This product is half the size of the picture, especially the back pad, I am a regular size male and I find it very difficult to adjust
