Neat appearance,but extremely difficult to understand instruction book.
The fryer looks great, but, the operating instructions are not clear, and don't make sense. They should have been written by a person with a good command of the English language, as they require a lot of interpretation to understand them, if you can? Due to this problem, unable to review performance.
