  Good afternoon, Printplex49: I hope all is well. I purchased the Compatible HP 153A Black Laser Jet Tank Toner Reload Kit on February 18, 2025. I didn't need to use one of the items until yesterday, when I had to add more ink to my printer. When I opened one of the boxes containing a toner, I had a terrible experience. The top part of the plastic bag in which the ink is carried was either open or had not been sealed properly by the manufacturer. A mess!
