CANCEL IT!! with the excuse of ""I went to the post office because the tracking number did not show the item was received at the post office. They don't know why or where the package"" I don't believe that argument. These types of actions are very common when the seller does not want to deliver the product.

Dear customer..Sorry that the transaction did not go well. I have mailed hundreds of items and have never had this happen. I still did not get the item back so not only did you not receive it but I also lost the income from the sale and the item itself. I work very hard to run my business and meet every standard the customer expects but there at times circumstances that are out of my control and this is one of those times. your negative feedback was disappointing based on circcumstances.
