Door cable ends with cam, get this one better to have the cam and not need it than not have it and need it.
I glad I got the one with the cam (cams part in this set) I needed for the back door of a Ford Ranger. The part finder did not say that this fit the truck but it was what I needed. One I had to make wider for the cable with a screwdriver. No big deal.
