Great reel
I was looking to pick up a reel for a crankbait rod. I picked up a few lexa 300and 400 for musky fishing and liked them so ii figured I'd give these a shot. I wanted to try the twing system and have to say I like it. Daiwa reel sometimes feel tight right out of the box but after a day or two they loosen right up and are very smooth. Once you get them set for the baits you are throwing they cast great. The only negative I see with these is if you want to run braid with a long leader you will have issues with connection knots, what I do is make my leaders about 7 feet and don't have any issues at all. It's a great choice if you want to be around $100 - $130

Very nice reels
I purchased this reel recently for a frog and flipping setup and paired it with 65lb braid. Haven't had the chance to use it much due to the time of year but have tossed a few heavier baits with it to try. Tossed around some light muskie lures 1oz- 1 1/2oz baits to see how it performs and it performed flawlessly. Well worth the money especially if you can find it on sale.
