Hopeless!
2 of 3 found this helpful I have had another brand previously which was superior. Even when you fill to the lines inside it overflows. The issue is the lid does not seal properly and therefore allows the milk to overflow when it gets hot at the end of the cycle, hopeless and badly designed. I will be replacing it shortly, total waste of nearly £50. Disappointing for a Nespresso product!
