3 bar radiator, each bar can be switched...

3 bar radiator, each bar can be switched on/off independently. So, you can have 400, 800 or 1200 watt and you can favour the top bar or the bottom bar. It is a really good idea for a heater. The one downside is the case is made of plastic so maybe not as stable as something heavier.
