Highly recommended.
This book is not just a recipe book. It provides the influences that would of shaped the style of cooking of our grandmothers and mothers and those who were educated in the mid to late 1900s in Tasmania.
You’ll find recipes in here for things you’d forgotten about, things you loved to eat as a child that your Mum or lady across the road cooked for you as well as understanding why some things were made a certain way.
