Overall a good experience and generally happy with the product. Required some remedial work by purchaser.

The BBQ arrived damaged -probably due to a fork lift tyne or similar penetrating the packaging . Damage included a distorted top cover, tear in the stainless steel side panel , crumpled rear stainless steel cover. Some washers and spring washers missing. Tiny spot welds (which broke under absolute minimal finger load) for cable retention, wok burner & cutlery side attachments was disappointing. Installation of some strengthening brackets & better spot welds would address these issues. Some remedial work required. Overall, however, the quality is good. The system started immediately and we enjoyed our BBQ
