I received the Charging Contacts. They were bent out of shape. I contacted seller and he was very apologetic and immediately offered a total refund or I could get a replacement set. I choose to get the replacement. They arrived today. They are already installed. They work great! Save a ton of work, completely dismantling the Roomba, mind boggling. Well worth the price. The seller is honest and ready to go the extra mile. Great communication and prompt!

Item arrived on time and well packaged. Seller provided link to video for installation which was clear and easy to follow. Installation was easy and took only a few minutes just as indicated. So far the kit has solved the charging problem on the Roomba. Even if the new contacts become scratched like the original, the price is reasonable and installation was so easy that I could see this kit as a consumable.
