Great value and quality, " Old Hickory "
I would like share with all my members where you can go to find hard to find leather sheaths for your "Old Hickory Butcher Knives". I have purchased a sheath for a 7-7 or seven inch blade, a hard to find 7-10, a ten inch blade, and the very hard to find 7-14, a 14 inch blade, Old Hickory Butcher Knife. They are custom made to fit these knives perfectly, and they are constructed with very thick leather, and they are beautiful. Go to Ebay and search for " hillbillyrocknleather_1 " to view the very hard to find 7-14 or fourteen inch blade Old Hickory Butcher Knife sheath. Search on Ebay for "eprague" to find leather sheaths for the 7-7 and the 7-10. I promise that you will appreciate and love these sheaths! " A tip for you! " Use mineral oil which is a food grade oil to protect these high carbon steel knives. Also, apply several coats of mineral oil to the hickory wooden handles so as to waterproof and keep the wood from drying out with time. Old Hickory Butcher Knives are possibly the best quality and value you will find for a great kitchen-BBQ knife anywhere. They are manufactured with a very high carbon pressure and heat treated and tempered 1095 steel that has a Rockwell rating of 58-60! Old Hickory Butcher Knives are very inexpensive knives costing less than $20.00 for the largest ones! They will sharpen to razor sharpness and will keep their edge for a very long time. They are very easy to sharpen when needed. Old Hickory knives will last several generations if taken reasonable care of ! And they are completely " MADE IN USA ! " I like the sheaths because when I am cooking for a gathering of people I can safely and securely keep this very sharp knife close and handy when needed not to mention out of little curious children's hands! Absolutely the best light out there!
I only wish they had made this light sooner! Very bright! I love that you can recharge the battery via usb without having to remove the light. Very convenient! Quick to remove! BRAVO OLIGHT!

Great Value and wonderful Quality " Old Hickory "
I received the Old Hickory Butcher Knife, " 7-10" " blade, and was amazed at the balance and the quality! Easy to sharpen knife, however when I received it, the knife was already as sharp as a razor! I merely stropped the blade a few times and WOW! This Old Hickory 7-10 is the best kitchen knife that you can buy anywhere! With little care this knife will last longer than a lifetime. I applied several coats of mineral oil to the handle to prevent it from drying and cracking. This knife would make a perfect inexpensive gift that would certainly be much appreciated!
