Great Book for those new to bread baking

I bought this book 31 years ago, when my (then) new groom was starting to bake bread. Somewhere through the years we either lent it out or accidentally gave it away. I'm so happy to have it back! It has good basic recipes, instructions that are very easy to understand and follow and good illustrations.
