Capacity overstated

I can only get 2500w before it shuts down. Seems to work ok otherwise. Wont run an am radio due to a lot of static . Not really suited for caravans etc, as its not suitable for running microwaves or other high wattage startup appliances . Should have bought the 24v version as would need less amperage. You need very thick cables to run even 2000w at 12v

Used for solar hot water circulation. I found it needed to be cycled or voltage reduced to 10v to better match flow rate required but works well
