Good, almost perfect
The headset is, overall, really good, almost perfect. I would have put 4.5 stars.
Pros:
- Lightweight and stay in place. Even with some movements, it will stay in place.
- Comfortable
- The Active Noise Cancellation is good, acceptable. You can still hear things from the exterior (intelligible), but I prefer it this way. The ANC has three options: Low ANC, High ANC and none.
- Awesome battery life. With the High ANC, I can have maybe 12 hours of listening time. It's nice when you forget to charge them overnight.
- Connecting the headphones is really easy on cellular.
- You can connect two phones or objects with the headphones at the same time.
- The microphone is good, but a bit too sensitive. My friends told me that they hear me when typing, and I don't have a loud keyboard.
- The sound quality is really good for the price.
- The buttons on the headphones is easy to learn.
Cons:
- There's a sort of white noises in the background when listening to something. Might give a headaches, but I usually forget it after a while.
- Connecting the headset on laptop is complicated. When in a call, the sound quality is REALLY bad (change to Headphones (PLT BBGO810 Series Stereo) to Headset (PLT BBGO810 Hand free AG Audio)). A way to have back the good quality sound is to connect the headphones with the wire. In the first week, I was able to have quality sound in calls with a wireless connection, but I'm not able to do it anymore,
- I did have a problem when connecting the headphone at the 4th day. It was connecting as the ''Headset PLT BBGO810 Hand Free AG Audio)'', and I needed to search for a troubleshooting. This problem didn't happen since then.
I would recommend to friends, but specified about the white noises in the background.
