    The image shows a Hitachi box with the brushes & mentions OEM in the description so an assumption is made that it is a genuine Hitachi product. The brushes arrive in a small plastic bag, unlabelled. The brushes do work but I feel that the advert should not contain the Hitachi image.

    The Item Description states " You are buying a compatible pair of carbon brushes" & Item specifics states " Packing - "Unboxed in Plastic Sleeve". You have been provided exactly what the description states. Best to read the description prior to purchase. These are Japanese Tanso carbon brushes where the originals were obtained by Hitachi. We purchase them in bulk unboxed to save you money. Perhaps you would prefer to pay $29.95 for boxed sets rather than $18.70, saving you 35%. Do you have eyes

Very well manufactured, Strong and waterproof
I purchased 5 of these plastic waterproof cases to hold variable speed controllers. I am very impressed with how well made they are having screws in each corner and a full o ring seal resulting in complete waterproof usage. High quality for a low price. Excellent!
