Cell phone problens
It's a great product, but there is a bug with cell phones. They do not stay connected. Support is very good, but they do not have a fix yet. I figured out a workaround for now by messing with the time zone. They don't make another product like this so they couldn't send a better replacement. They offered to refund me if they don't come up with a fix before my store return policy expires. Pretty cool as far as support goes. We'll see.
