Fastest for CPU Dell Demsion 2400, Suports Windows 7. Best CPU for the $
I got this for a upgrade to my Dell Demsion 2400. BIG difference in speed. This CPU will also suport Windows 7. If your motherboard (for Dell's) is running BIOS level A05 this will automaticly be reconized. (if you don't know how to check the BIOS level, you probly souldn't be installing parts) After installing you can go to setup (in BIOS) and enable hyperthreading. Much better then the Celeron processors. This is the fastest CPU you can get for the Dell Demsion 2400 desktops. Thos olny suport a max of 3.06 ghz and 533 MHz FSB. This is very good CPU for the money. Recomend installing with Artic Silver 5 thermal paste. Also recomed (if you have a enough free space on HD) after installing (for Windows XP users) maxing out virtual memory for best performance.

Good family fun, recomend some caution for some songs.
i wanted a "Rock Band" game that had songs that would not burn younger ears. did not agree with some songs, but overall much better than other games of this format (if you are looking for family friendly on ps3) i also like song import feture. good for adding other songs would recomend but still use caution for younger players. (they need nick "rock band" with nick song and people like spongebob)

Great board for gaming modern games with older computers.
I did a LOT of digging before i bought this bord. The specs are wonderful for a LGA775 socket board! Gigabyte lan, usb 3.0, Supports DDR3 ram up to 16gb up to 2200! AND crossfire! Most i looked for only did one or other. Crossfire and up to 8gb DDR2 or non crossfire and 16gb DDR2. The cost savings of DDR3 alone make this a great value! Suports RAID on up to SIX hard drives with two non RAID SATA ports for DVD/Blue Ray drives running 3gb/s (if you want 6gb/s speeds get a controller card)! But if you are running usb 3.0 your graphics card slot runs at x8 not x16. One word of caution with this board, there are NO onboard graphics, you MUST use a graphics card of some sort. In my opinion that makes computer faster! Supports CPU's back 2 Pentium and up 2 Core Duo Extreme. Supports FSB of 1600mhz! This thing blazes Batman Arkham City! If you have a axt case, LGA 775 CPU, this is great board before going up 2 LGA 1155 socket (aka I3, I5, I7) and the ram for this will work with most of those boards keeping upgrade costs low! I would not recommend this board if you are looking for just usb 3.0, but with all the expansion slots its easy 2 get a card for 3.0. Bottom line this board is great for anyone who wants a fast pc that they can run modern games on for not too much money! There are a TONE of BIOS settings to really get the most from your ram, hard drives, and cpu! You can overclock EVERYTHING! This has run whatever I've thrown at it! My next upgrade will be a extreme series cpu, but even with just a Core Duo duel core 3.0ghz cpu its fast! If you want longer life and better functions from an older computer, this is a MUST BUY! My specs: Intel Core Duo Dual Core 3.0ghz CPU, 16gb (4x4gb) Kingston Hyper-X Blue 1333 ram, EVGA GEFORCE GT 610 (overclocked), Fantom ATX case, 550w psu of a brand i cant remember? And 36" lcd monitor
