Good features, a bit puzzling. Good value
10 of 11 found this helpful I bought this phone because of touch screen so I could keep up with technology. Also liked the triple minutes feature. The touch screen is easy to type on but is easier with a stylus. I always have a good signal. Battery will drop one or two bars in 24 hours if you use it at all.
Don't like that you cannot transfer photos from the phone to the SD card or to your computer. You must send them by text message. I had no luck getting logged into Yahoo Mail and it was VERY slow trying to log in elsewhere. Often the phone logs itself onto the Net, and I haven't figured out how it's doing that. Suddenly I find myself on the web and being charged accordingly. There are icons on the main screen that I do not know the meaning of. Worst of all, the "manual" only gives the basics and will not answer any of the questions an inexperienced user might have. I had many more questions but one by one got answers from more experienced users (mostly younger).
