Tricky to get it to work in windows 10
It’s a plug and play device but windows loads a generic driver which does not work. Have to go into Device Manager select PnP sound device in sound section then click on uninstall leaving the device in the USB port. Go to the top of Device Manager screen and click the icon which looks like a monitor (directly under “help”) and is for scan for hardware changes. When complete the generic driver will be replaced or deactivated and the device in my case worked properly
