OEM BMW thermostat
1 of 1 found this helpful Coolant temperature within a few degrees of 90C. DPF cleared itself now. All good here.

OEM product in box
This is the OEM manufacturer for BMW E60, AFAIK. Product looks the same as the original one. Seems to be working great, but not driven anywhere with it yet.

OEM part in box
All good so far. Seems to be working fine with the activation test and drove a couple of hours with it. Not re-genned yet, but need to sort out thermostats and DPF back-pressure before that can happen apparently.
