It's Okay, but ho-hum
2 of 2 found this helpful It is 15 minutes of standing then 15 minutes of sitting. I would have preferred that the positions were mixed throughout the half hour as I cannot stand continually for 15 minutes and have to sit often when I should be standing. It is okay, but much more could have been done to make it more engaging. I am looking for a more appropriate dvd for my level of comfort.. Also, 30 minutes of instruction is not much for a full-priced dvd.

This really improves the heat distribution on the propane burners in our camper.

good quality, could be improved
this is my second bra in this style and I was glad to see it available here. Only improvement would be a wider strap for better support in a ddd size.
