Cooking effects
This cocotte is perfectly in cooking and it cuts down cooking time. Captures heat well and able to work as a simple pressure cooker as well. Cooking porridge takes time. Well burst and yet very starchy needs more than 1 1/2 hours but it's just an hour only. I also use it to cook Chicken Rendang and it turned out nice while time decreased much. This is my fourth Pumpkin cocottes from Staub. Highly recommended.

Appearance
Have not try yet. But its outlook already satisfied me. Any suggestion to cook with? Am really attracted of its appearance.
