Can not power on after first 3 hour use.
3 of 4 found this helpful Its dead in 3 hours usage after unboxing. Force restart is not working and black screen on charging. I have to go to Apple genius bar waiting 2 hours on weekend because no early appointment is available. They confirmed the ipad pro is faulty but both Apple retail store and Myre can not exchange due to no stock. Myre store can only do return and refund, not exchange due to purchase on ebay with 20% discount offer.
Had to wait Apple genius bars replacement product (ipad only)with a different separate box. Really doubt its a refurbished product.
Its a disappointed online shopping experience. Hope others are great!
