A Feel Good Uplifting Story!!

This book is such an uplifting story about adoption and happy endings. It is told from Reagan, the dog's point of view and is truly heartwarming. The author's pictures in the book are so precious and make you smile from ear to ear. The photos are truly exceptional and are an added treat to the book. The story and the snap shots make you fall in love with Reagan and Little Buddy. It's a very quick read, but you kept going back to it to just flip through and take your time looking and studying the amazing pictures. Truly an enjoyable read and excellent book!

Xmas Eve @ Fri. Harbor (2010 Hardcover)

The book was a great Holiday read. I enjoyed the story immensely--you felt sympathy for little Holly losing her Mom to a car addident, but the story develops quite pleasantly in her Uncle Mark, her legal guardian, and also her Uncle Sam, both bachelors, taking the reins to take her in and create a family for her. Being responsible for Holly and actually becoming her "parents" brings out exceptional qualities in both Mark and Sam that they never knew they had in them. The magic that caring for this little girl brings about and how it touches so many lives is heartwarming. The story is both humorous and sad and best of all has a happy ending. It was an easy read, which left you smiling and with a warm Holiday feeling in your heart. It was a "feel good" kind of story. I recommend it highly!
