Super sharp. Well made
I feel the dark handled ones have a little grip and prefer them. Not as long a blade as traditional steak knives but these are super sharp and work well for other foods as well. I’m glad I bought these instead of the set since I like keeping the cardboard blade covers on for drawer storage

Enjoy light weight protection. Easier to hold for reading than my prior case with stand. Grips the surface better than my prior hard plastic case.

Cute for cat collars
Adorable on cat collars. Perfect size- x small. Clear tinkle bell sound- not obnoxiously loud- they get extra attention at the vets with these. Look super sweet with matching collars. In photo, bells are on 3/8 inch collars
