Fantastic gameplay with not much content to offer and a below average story
As it says in the title the gameplay for the gameplay is close to perfection. With it being on par with Tekken in terms of it but nothing much else. Story can take about a full day to complete and nothing else should make you keep on going. The arcade mode is enjoyable but can get very repetitive very quickly. Online servers are pretty much a ghost town at this point so you’ll only be getting it for the single player content and graphics look like an early ps3 game. It hasn’t improved much from the earlier instalment (doa ultimate) and felt like a game you’ll play for about 4 days never to return.

Absolute Justice League The World's Greatest Superheroes By Alex Ross & Paul Din

Fantastic art and helpful for beginners
I got mine for an amazing price with with breathtaking artwork by the man himself, Alex Ross. This book really shows Ross in my opinion at his best with photorealistic artwork and a writer who understands the core motives and the essence of these particular superheroes. The absolute does a great job blowing Rosses artwork up for you to fully appreciate the time this man goes to perfect it and with close to 0 gutter loss, I’ve personally never read a more comfortable book. This is a book I can think every fan of DC should have. The justice league mini story at the end wasn’t masterfully written and leaves a lot of plot threads unfinished but the story does a fantastic job explaining all the JLA characters motives and backstories. After this you can pretty much pick any JLA book and not feel confused.
Highschool of the Dead Omnibus: v. 2 by Daisuke Sato 9780316250863

Horrible writing but fun
Omnibus 1 was definitely a lot better in terms of writing to this one. One thing I could not understand throughout (SPOILERS!!!) was why did Daisuki Sato kill all the important characters introduced in this book? Why didn’t he kill off a few and keep a few to add to the central cast and expand upon relationships that had been developed such as: Kohta Hirano and Asami Nakaoka. It could of led to some interesting dialogue if Daisuki hadn’t unfortunately died. Rest in peace.
