Easy to replace

Kitchenaid has some design flaws on this part and others, luckily these parts are available on ebay at resonable prices. This part also has another flaw where the pressed in steel bearing / bushing will fall out. The planetary attachment assembly is another part that falls in the bowl and Kitchenaid does not recognize this is a problem, they will simply direct callers to a service center repair
