    Bits: sharp AND pointy
I was super excited to get these bits. New pointy bits have long been a dream of mine. The ability to V carve with these has expanded my world immeasurably. Then, having them delivered effortlessly to my door was just the cherry on top. What more could one want? But seriously, they're pretty good in all soft woods and most, not all, hardwoods.

Awesomely uniform outside diameters!! Varying thicknesses to suit a wide variety of tastes. A silvery appearance but not TOO silvery, if you know what I mean.

    Rail System
Parts of this are great. The directions are good as well as the actual slide mechanism itself (bearings, trundle and aluminum extrusion). It was straightforward to mount. My issue with it is the soft-close mechanisms for the ends. If you have a very heavy door maybe they work fine but I have a custom door that is light (maybe 24 pounds) and the soft close mechanisms hold the door so firmly that to get it out you have to jerk the door free. This causes the door to jump up on the rail in an annoying manner. I had to remove one because when you're on the inside of the door there can only be a small recessed handle and there was no way you could generate enough force to open it with just a finger pull. Sad, because they stop the door so smoothly. I wish there were soft close mechanisms that are rated for less force. Otherwise it looks and works okay.
