Great solution to a factory design flaw - cheap isn't always better!
These cable ends will take minutes to install - once you get the door opened to get access to the cable. A major failure point and should have been done by the factory. When the cable end fails it will render your door inoperable until you fix the cable. On my extended cab F-250 the hardest part was getting the door opened. The extended cab has two cables, top and bottom. Replace them both if either cable end breaks, the other one is sure to follow and you'll just have to repeat the process.

High quality at a bargain price
It's tough to beat the quality of Snap-On products, the only thing better is to get it at a bargain price. A terrific deal at an excellent price.

A vintage tool that never goes out of style!
My Dad gave my brothers and I each a pair of these pliers (Wilde and are still available new) over 50 years ago. I still have mine and they are the handiest set of regular sized slip-joint pliers you will ever own. The new ones aren't available with the cad/chrome plating any longer so I look for good used ones on ebay to give to friends who've never used them.
If you own a pair, you may not toss your old slip-joint pliers, but you will almost never use them. Just keep the old ones around to lend out. Since tools tend to 'walk', you'll never miss them when they do!
