AYA 7-Inch ATX 20-Pin to AT P8+P9 6-Pin with Push Power Button Wires Adapter

Excellent adapter to bring new life to your vintage PC computer/motherboard
This adapter is very well done and it has the correct wire colors - something that is sometimes amiss on adapters of lesser quality. Also, the connectors are of good quality and the switch fast-on connectors are shrouded with transparent heat shrink plastic, which helps prevent any shorts with a power on switch loose in the bench (a common situation when testing motherboards at the bench with cables flying everywhere). One detail: make sure your ATX power supply has a 20-pin connector or can have its 4-pin extension removed. The adapter uses a 20-pin ATX male connector. I successfully tested this adapter with a Seasonic ATX power supply and a 1990s 486DX-50 motherboard.
Mikrotik RouterBOARD RB2011UiAS-2HnD-IN 5x Gbit LAN 5x 100 Mbit LAN WiFi 2.4Ghz

An excellent router that meets the ever evolving and dangerous internet.
The router stands out in build quality as well as in software features and configurability. The exterior in metal case is quite sturdy and the entire product feels solid. A nice touch is the small TFT touch display that helps configuring the router in the absence of a host plugged to one of its ports (it can be disabled). Its red color is quite discrete and the only drawback to me is the ultra bright poweron blue LED (why everything needs to have a blue LED these days?!?) The eight port switch (four 1Gb and four 100Mb ports) grants flexibility to connect my various desktops, NAS and the network printer without requiring an external switch. The wireless has a great range, reaching the outskirts of my house without dropped connections. It supports B/G/N 2.4GHz, which gives good compatibility with my older wireless devices. 5GHz is not supported with the model I have. The RouterOS is a full featured combination of router and firewall that has every single setting in the world and then some. The configuration is neatly arranged in the quick settings main screen with basic features such as the SSID, password, encryption settings, etc. The advanced settings is fully featured, with the most significant features in my opinion: - Abilty to set specific IP addresses to certain hosts. Great for the printer and the NAS as their access is not impaired even during power transitions. - Very long list of MAC filtering addresses, which helps give an yet another level of security. - Very long list of websites and TCP ports that can be blocked or restricted. - Excellent ability to block external routing for certain hosts. And the most important of all: the routing software is being maintained and kept up-to-date for many years. A far cry from the regular consumer routers that are dropped by the manufacturer after a few years on the market. All this configurability is not for the beginner, though. Also, the interface is somewhat dry and intricate. Fortunately the manufacturer has extensive documentation. An excellent router that meets the ever evolving and dangerous internet.
