Worth the money
GOOD:
- Easy to put together and install
- Fits 1" RAM mount of my bike with a secure ring lock
- Touchscreen works as it should
- Amazing value for money
- Easy to take with you when you stop at the services
NEUTRAL:
- The snap lock on the back (one which connects the phone to the ball-mount plate) seems to be a bit flimsy, and it took me a while to trust it with my £500 phone. However during my lengthy test ride yesterday the case stayed on my bike, where it should be.
- This is a universal case, so you need to re-arrange the foams inside the case to fit your phone, and it will never be a perfect fit. But again, a dedicated case would cost way more than that.
CONS:
- The case is a tad bulky. I have mine mounted vertically on the steering stem of my Honda Blackbird, and it does not leave much clearance between the bottom of the case and the tank.
- No access to the power button (but again, it's a universal case)
SUMMARY:
I would give it a 5* rating if the lock on the back would have some extra security option. Worth the money I paid for it, Does exactly what it says on the tin.
