Great sound.
6 of 7 found this helpful This worked great, right out of the box the first time. The second time, no sound. Directions insufficient to fix problem. Emailed Bose, they sent contact number, I spent half an hour on the phone with Bose tech. They looked up my TV (Samsung 65" 4K curved) and went through several trouble-shooting procedures. Used Bose app on my phone. Eventually they got it working and have not looked back, great sound. One relatively small issue. About every third or fourth use, it seems to lose sync and I have to use the remote that came with it (as opposed to only using my Cable Box controller), I hit two buttons and bingo, back to functioning. I don't understand why it happens, but an easy enough fix. I also have the surround rear speakers from Bose and the stands, I highly recommend both. I hope to acquire the sub-woofer soon; but, have I said, the sound is already great.
