Excellent refernace on the subject
This replaces an earlier edition I had. Has different photos as well in some cases. Technical & general at the same time. Very informative.

It is worth trying..and so far so good..
After 30 days of use (which I read... is needed)
...I have noticed an improvement.
Also, not drinking coffee or tea after 6 PM, which I
never did anyway, so that is how I noticed a positive
change overnight and into the morning.
