Does what it was purchased for.
I bought this to replace my sister's phone that was almost still usable. We had to go to the AT&T store to replace the sim card, as the old one did not work in this one. It was replaced for free, but we had to tell the clerrk at the store that we had already called the 800# to try to get it working, and were referred to the store.
Most of my sister's pictures were transferred over, but some were not. We are not sure why, maybe would have worked if we had gotten a sd card and put it in.
This phone has been interesting for my sister to learn how to use. I got it because it has the qwerty keyboard, to make it easier for her to text her kids.
Overall, she likes the phone, but is still learning why it does what it does when it does it. Would have been nice to have the owners manual shipped with it, instead of having to download and print it on legal paper so it was big enought to actually read.

A great and engrossing saga....
Started watching online, decided to buy the series to watch on my own time. It is addicting, I want to see what happens next.
