Good match, doesn't feel too heavy
I'm a normal pale northern european and #23 worked fine for me (I could probably use the #21 as well but I'll use this in summer lol). It's the best BBncushion I have used so far, but as with all BB creams it's best used in moderation. Get a good skin care routine instead :)
