The item arrived and was undamaged, packaging was excellent which protected the item very well. The paper was in very good condition. The single roll I received was not wrapped in cellophane, it was not damaged but I don't think I'd class this as new - perhaps un-used. Communication was very quick except for a few days delay while the seller was trying to source the item. On the whole a good experience.
