Good product but terrible shipping

Product itself is fantastic but shipping is terrible. The items are not wrapped or protected/cushioned. The boxes as pictured are put as is in plastic shipping envelopes. Twice I ordered and each time I get some cracked containers. So for that reason I won't order. It doesn't matter how great the product is if it always arrives damaged.
