  Seller has the Arlo cameras listed as "NEW" . Ebay's classification: New: A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging. When I opened the shipping box all 4 boxes had the factory seals broken. I may be a stickler for accuracy. it should have been "OPEN BOX" rather than "NEW" . Open box: An item in excellent, new condition with no wear. The item may be missing the original packaging or protective wrapping, or may be in the original packaging but not sealed.

  This item was not brand new like it was stated... I have never left negative feedback until now but everybody better watch this seller ... if you decide to get your money back like I did make sure you keep all your tracking and your receipts I'm pretty sure you will need them....
