Had to ask eBay to step in and finally received a full refund. Very disappointed and won’t be ordering from this store again. After reading other people’s feed back realised I’m not the only one that’s had the issue.

The item sat pending dispatch for 3 days until a message was sent asking what was happening only to receive a reply that they had oversold the product & a refund will be issued. More annoyed that they wrote buyer requested a full refund when the fact was they themselves offered a refund in their message for overselling. Seller needs better communication skills.
