It is a compact paperback ,well written with appropriate maps and many photos to complement the story . The story itself puts a human face on the young men of both sides and reminds us of the sacrifice they made. It delves into some of their personal lives - hopes and aspirations - love and loss and the everyday struggle just to survive. Highly recommend this book to everyone.
