Not happy with this purchase
Hair gets clogged everywhere on this unit it get stuck on the bottom it gets stuck all thru the filter and it is very hard to clean out. I feel it is a very poor design especially for pet hair. The cleaning cup lid is even very hard to put on and take off. I am very unsatisfied with this vacuum cleaner. The only thing easy about it is to turn it off! I did receive it in a very timely manner and it was packaged nicely. It is a shame it performs so badly for pet hair especially with it having 12 amps of power.
