I will never buy this product again
After receiving the batteries, I fully charged them as instructed. Sadly, it worked for about a couple minutes on my DeWalt 20v blower then shut off. I pulled the trigger again and it ran for about 10 seconds. This happened multiple times with both batteries.
Frustrated, I again recharged the batteries thinking that maybe it wasn't fully charged. Not so...the same thing happened. Just to make sure that my blower was not defective, I ran it with my other batteries and it worked fine.
I have since returned the batteries and awaiting my credit.
