Perfect For Controlling Computer From Harmony Remote
To me, this is the only reasonable way to enable your Logitech Harmony remote to control your media computer. Easy plug and play and then your Harmony remote can be configured to totally control your lap or desktop computer - mouse cursor and everything. The only thing I haven't been able to do is get the remote to wake the computer up.
The HP Transmitter has a cord that is super-long (6 or 8 feet), so placement of the transmitter after it is plugged into your computer is no problem. The price that these sells for is a real bargain!

Powerful Functions
Works perfect for me. I bought it to replace an older Harmony IR remote which was not capable of controlling my Amazon Fire TV stick. This controls everything without pointing it at my equipment. The remote is ok, but I reprogrammed a lot of the buttons so I could do FF, Rewind, etc. By feel rather than having to look at the buttons.
