  A bit of a saga and a nice seller. I ordered two different items, but neither of the items arrived. Followed it up a month later and the seller said the items are on their way. One arrived. Second item never arrived. Two months later, followed it up again. Received an apology and a refund. Like I said, nice to deal with, but not a straight forward purchase at all, hence the neutral feedback.

  We are very sorry that you had a unpleasant experience with us. It is our goal to give you the best service we can. There were delays in providing the service as the client made two separate orders and asked that they be shipped together to save freight. It was the second order that held up the delivery as the custom fretwork we made was ready in 4 days. Its a pity you did not mention the beautiful custom fretwork that you received from us which was totally unique.

  Made with finger jointed pine, not a single piece of timber as advertised image shows. Ordered 28/11/24, shown as sent 19/12/24 (odd as when ordered there were apparently 8 items left). No tracking provided. 5/01/25 messaged seller as to the whereabouts of the order. Tracking details subsequently provided were not for the package received and tracking details for the package received show it received by Australia post 2/01/25, not 19/12/24. Received in thin clear plastic wrap, minor damage

  Thankyou for your feedback. It is important to us so we can improve our service. Unfortunately in this case there was a substantial delay due to machinery breakdown And Christmas delays. We try very hard to manufacture as quick as we can and send out on time. The postage delay was due to Christmas deliveries being held up by Aus post. In relation to the makeup of the brackets they are all made with finger jointed pine which is more stable than one solid piece of timber.
