Bestop 75303-15 - TrekStep Black Truck Step

Great step---Good price

Installed on a 2016 F350 4X4. Great step. Much better than the Ford tailgate step because that step is still way to high to reach comfortably. (Ford should make this an option and get rid of their poor overpriced one.) Install was easy. I put the bumper bracket on before assembly. There is plenty of room under the truck to mount the lower assembly to the upper bracket with the upper bracket in place. I used the 3 spacers provided which provides a slight gap between the step and bumper when the step is in the raised position. Instructions say the bolts/nuts (truck and step) are metric but I found the truck bumper nuts are 13/16" ( old style spark plug socket) and step bolts are 5/8". The step attachment set screws due require a metric allen wrench. Overall this makes getting in/out of the bed easy. Four stars only because I don't know how it will do over time. Get you one!

LaSalle Bristol 39241 Sewer Waste Valve

Direct replacement

Original Bristol valve began to leak at the pull shaft/handle after 10 years. Valve body didn't leak just dripped from the pull shaft. Gray water dripped whether the valve was open or closed. I was not sure I could find this make but here it was on e-bay. The valve is a direct replacement and fit perfectly. Install was pretty easy and no more leaking. Using some plumbers silicone to hold the seals on the pipe flanges during install will help when the valve body is put in place. Price was good and shipping was fast.

Just as described

The part itself was as described and was received timely. 5 stars for this I ordered this to replace a broken valve on an older flo-master sprayer. other reviewers stated the hose connection was for smaller diameter hose (1/4 vs my 3/8) but I thought maybe the valve part was the same as mine. the valve part unscrews from the handle so I took a chance I could swap them. well the female valve end is slightly smaller than my old valve. maybe metric vs standard (a very slight difference). anyway I was able to screw the handle into the valve without the valve end splitting. so far so good. the wand end of the valve fits my brass wand. I wanted to fix my old wand as it has a brass tube and spray end. it make a much better spray pattern than the substitute plastic wand I was using.
