Better than the dealership
We use our 2006 Prius as the kids starter car so it was important to have the MFD unit working for the last kid. Dealerships were quoting $1500-$2500! That’s basically more than the car is worth at this point in its life! Looking for alternatives, I found that I could get a replacement on eBay for much less. I was definitely skeptical as I’ve never purchased anything off of eBay before. Could I trust getting a replacement that worked? Would it be reliable for a couple years? Well, maybe can’t address my 2nd question yet, but the unit is working like a champ at the moment! Fingers crossed that it’ll last as long as I need it to, but I got it from a reputable eBay vendor (albeit I paid a slightly higher rate to do so), but I am happy with the purchase and that it is working just as good as the car’s original MFD unit!
